BACKGROUND:

After 30 years of practice wherein I represented clients in an array of complex litigation, on January 1, 2022, my partner and I left our positions as equity partners in a well-known midsized law firm to open our own law firm specializing in constitutional law claims, individual liberty, employment disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Since opening our firm, I have filed suits and administrative claims, primarily in New Jersey and New York federal courts, against some of the largest multinational corporations, high ranking government officials, educational institutions, and local government entities alleging violations of civil rights associated with issues such as vaccine mandates, DE&I discrimination, ESG investing, critical race theory/anti-racism curriculum, transgenderism, religious liberty, mandatory masking, parents’ rights, and other such liberty issues. Among the parties I have filed suit against are the following:

  • Judge Juan Merchan, J.S.C. (Presiding Judge in the Trump criminal trial)

  • BlackRock (DEI, ESG investing, vaccine mandate discrimination);

  • Jerome Powell, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank (DEI & religious discrimination)

  • New York Governor Kathy Hochul (religious liberty, vaccine mandate);

  • New York City Mayors Bill DeBlasio and Eric Adams (vaccine mandates);

  • New York Presbyterian Hospital (vaccine mandate, religious liberty);

  • Mt. Sinai Medical Center (vaccine mandate, religious liberty);

  • National Dance Institute (vaccine mandate, parents’ rights);

  • Several school districts (transgenderism, CRT, masking, parents’ rights);

  • Union College (vaccine mandate);

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (DE&I; local counsel for America First Legal);

  • New York University (DE&I; local counsel for America First Legal).
